Late night munchies

Life is when you go to Chinatown at 10:30 at night with your friends to have some late night munchies. New Dynasty is now officially my new best friend! They deliver food very fast and everything they make feels like home. It’s rare to find an authentic place where they serve legit Hong Kong food in Montreal and this is exactly how they should taste like. It makes me feel so warm everytime I eat there. The price range is more than reasonable, 5 CAD for the congee (with duck egg and pork), 7.5 CAD for 15 won tons and 10.5 CAD for the fried snails. For my first time there, I had sweet & sour pork, fried squid (BEST THING EVER), won ton soup (a Must Have if you go there) and Shanghai fried noodles (it’s not as good as I expected but still okay). I think I’m going to die happy before my finals which is coming in less than 2 weeks. It’s going to be cafe/library study party every single day from now on so I’ll most likely be seen eating like a pig at New Dynasty on a late night for the next couple of weeks.

Gastrographic

Hello. Welcome to Gastrographic. This website is dedicated to three things – To food, photography, and a love for clever language. The premise of Gastrographic is simple. It is a curation of the food we have enjoyed, presented in pretty photographs, garnished with photographic tidbits and dry wit. Gastrographic presents food eaten in London and Singapore and wherever it is our roving tastebuds take us. As long as the food is good, we aren’t picky eaters. If you like eating as much as we do, or fancy a chat about cameras, please stay on and browse awhile. gastrographic@gmail.com
